1. General Terms and Acceptance

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

• Attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in go999's platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are not payable and will be voided.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

go999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. go999 may request source-of-funds documentation from players whose account activity triggers AML monitoring thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant financial intelligence authorities. go999 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where AML concerns have not been resolved to go999's satisfaction.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by go999

go999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where go999 has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent personal information.
• Underage play or attempted underage registration.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account closure, with prior notice).

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to any forfeiture condition will be returned to the originating payment method following a compliance review.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, go999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the go999 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure or internet service providers. go999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and go999 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact go999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. go999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter through go999's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". go999 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final response within 30 calendar days.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with go999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and go999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.

Waiver: go999's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on a given occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of go999's right to enforce it on any subsequent occasion.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version is the authoritative version.
